Ideal for clients who: are planning ahead, assembling a build team, and want a thoughtful, fully resolved design before construction starts.
Design fees begin at $4,500 per room, with full-home projects starting at $18,000.

Full-service furnishing and styling that includes space planning, curated selections, detailed specifications, procurement,
delivery coordination, and final installation for fully finished rooms.
Typical projects:
Living rooms, bedrooms, dining rooms, offices, and full-home furnishing.

• Furniture layouts & space planning
• Lighting, decor and textile selections
• Sourcing, purchasing, and order management
• Receiving, delivery coordination, and installation

Ideal for clients who: want a cohesive, fully finished room and prefer procurement and installation to be managed from start to finish.
Flat design fees begin at $2,800 per room. Most projects involve a furnishings investment starting around $15,000 per space.
